  3. Introduction to productTimetable Manager • Timetable manager provides the functionalities to assist the HR department in the following areas • Scheduling of timetable • Leave management • Report generation

  4. Target Users • Any company with a substantial headcount • Any companies with part timers. • Any companies that requires scheduling of staff. Eg Call center, Fast food outlets etc

  5. Scenario Company ABC has a 100 part time and full time employees. The part time employees need to be scheduled weekly. John (HR) needs to call 100 employees to check the availability. He also needs to manually record the schedule that every employee chooses. Everything is done on Excel. He also needs to manually calculate the man hours to ensure the staff is paid correctly. This method takes a lot of time. Full time employees will submit their overtime and leave schedule to John on a monthly basis. However John needs to manually calculate the extra overtime hours and check the leave status of each employee. At the end of the month, John needs to compile a report for the management team.
