  6. ON-GOING PROCESS • Rector & Sr. Warden Meet Weekly • Sr. Warden Surveys Committee Chairs For Agenda Input • Rector & Sr. Warden Construct Agenda • New Items Come Through Rector or Sr. Warden

  7. VESTRY MEETING • Gather for Worship or Prayer • 20 Minute Committee Meetings • Chairs Report to Vestry Their Items • Time Left to Focus on Mission

  9. VESTRY – YEARLY EVENT - RETREAT • Overnight and Off Campus • Minimum Business • Focus on Vision • Yearly and Long Term Goals • Builds Community & Trust • Spouses/Partners Included

  10. VESTRY - OTHER • Organization Heads and/or Parish Administrator May Be Included Ex-Officio • Staff Clergy – Optional to Vestry Meetings and If Present, Choose Committee Meeting to Attend
