Putting Together Your INB Science Department 2013-2014
The Cover • Using Packaging Tape, tape your Index Card Tag on cover of your INB • For homework, you can take your journal home and tape pictures of your family/friends on the cover
The Binding • Stick a piece of ribbon on the sticky side of the Duct Tape • Using the Duct Tape, place your tape over the binding of your journal
The Back Cover • Using a hole puncher, punch a hole in the top, left corner of your back cover (not too close to the edge) • Loop a rubber band through the hole to hold your pages tightly together
Inside, Front Cover • Glue the small clasp envelope inside the front cover • Glue our Group Policies on top of the clasp envelope
First 7 Pages • This is where we will glue in our 7 Table of Contents Pages
Number Pages • In 3 minutes, I want you to number as many pages as possible 7 6
Resource Section (Word Backwards) • Glue in the STAAR Resource Page on the inside, back cover
On the back of the very last page, Glue in the “Thinking Stems”
