3. The COMPANY PROFILE Pressure Lube International (PLI) is a company specialized in carrying out wellhead maintenance services. PLI lubrication products have been used & tested in the international oilfield market.
The company also has a comprehensive Data-base.
Our CASHES department and service engineers in collaboration, duly prepare a comprehensive JHA of every activity to be carried out. This shows the company's uncompromising interest regarding safety issues.
Above all PLI is also capable of executing WHM contract services on a TURN KEY bases. This is exceptionally based on using PLI guaranteed service system scope & long term project of five (5) years minimum for on-shore operations only . Utilizing PLI guaranteed services will lead to 100% wellhead integrity beyond existing OEM guarantee with existence of contract .

5. WHY WELLHEAD Maintenance ? During the life of a well after the initial completion, due to weather condition, well fluid Temperature & Pressure and constant operation of these equipments, leads to friction, abrasion & seal contraction which affects the integrity of valve components, rubber and plastic seals used in the annular seal-off. Consequently resulting to failure of equipment.
Therefore PLI guaranteed Routine and Non-routine wellhead maintenance services is required to keep these equipments in good working condition.

EACH WELLHEAD IS SCHEDULED TO BE VISITED AND SERVICED EVERY SIX (6) MONTHS AFTER THE INITIAL COMPLETION OF THE WELL OR ACCORDING TO CLIENTS REQUIREMENT . ITS PRIMARILY A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES AND IMFORMATION GATHERING MISSION TO THE WELLHEAD.
8. ROUTINE TASK CONTINUE
. The task are carried as follows ;
On the Xmas tree; Monitor WHPs, Function, Leak test and Grease valves & Actuators & Insp. Tree Cap.
On the Flow-line; Function, Leak test Gate valve, Actuator and inspect the Choke.
Pressure Test Annular Seals & valve integrity.
Equipment & Data configuration Sheet.
9. ROUTINE TASK CONTINUE

It is important to know that in Routine WHM task, all minor repairs and rectifications can be carried out immediately to sustain flow and wellhead integrity.

The Non-Routine WHM task is a Planned/Scheduled re-visit to the wellhead based on the Routine task fault report/findings with the aim of carrying out a repair or change-out activity according to clients convenience.

The Non routine task are as follows;

2. Repair & Servicing and Resetting activities,

4. Special Installation and Retrieval activities.
