  4. HISTORY Oct 1984 : Out of business of « Bataille et Lesaffre » Feb 1985 : « FML » is founded in Lens (in France) Jan 1987 : « FML » moves in Bully-Les-Mines 2000 : New invest in Machining (Transfert Machine)

  5. Geographical situation Size ? 2 400 m² Where ? In the Industrial area in Bully-Les-Mines. Near the motorway A1 (Lille-Paris)

  6. Type of company • Workers' cooperative limited company of Production in variable capital. • The capital is divided in parts who are bought by all the members of the company. FML account 19 persons in among 17 shareholders. • In the case of the F.M.L, every shareholder possesses an equal part of the capital, which is paid according to profits. These profits are distributed in three thirds: • 1/3 in participation :This part returns to the shareholder having been blocked during 5 years. • 1/3 in dividend : Every part is paid. • 1/3 in Legal reserves used in investments : new equipments, new machines…
