  4. Win/Win • Seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions • Sees life as a cooperative, not competitive arena

  5. Win/Lose • If I win, you lose • I get my way, you don’t get yours

  6. Lose/Win • I lose, you win • I’m a loser, I’ve always been a loser • Step on me again, everyone else does.

  7. Lose/Lose • Results when two Win/Lose people get together. • Vindictive, Stubborn, get back at

  8. Win • Thinks in terms of getting their own way, others are on their own.

  9. Win/Win or No Deal Agree to Disagree Agreeably
