  2. Bouwbesluit 2012 vraagt per 1-1-2013 materiaal milieuprestatieberekening gebouw (MPG)

  3. Omgevingsvergunning-aanvraag- nieuwbouwwoningen - kantoren > 100 m2 Nu nog geen eisen aan uitkomsten milieuberekening!

  4. Benodigdheden milieuberekening: 1. Productkaart 2. LCA-berekening 3. Bepalingsmethode (incl. NEN 8006 en rekenregels)

  5. 1. Productkaart (geen milieu informatie)

  6. LCA KWANTIFICEERT KETEN MILIEU-EFFECT 2. LCA

  7. Resultaat LCA: milieu-effect van materiaal, transport en afdanking zichtbaar in milieudatabase Deel basisprofiel materiaal

  8. 1. Productkaart baksteen (kg baksteen per m2)+ 2. Basisprofielen met milieu-effecten(per kg baksteen) = NATIONALE MILIEUDATABASE = invoer rekenprogramma’s

  9. 3. Berekening moet voldoen aan de SBK-Bepalingsmethode “Materiaalgebonden milieuprestatie van gebouwen en GWW-werken” incl.de bijbehorende uniforme rekenregels en nationale milieudatabase.

  10. GPR Bouwbesluit Bepalingsmethode: borgen dat verschillende instrumenten op gebied van materiaalgebonden milieuprestaties dezelfde milieuprestatie genereren.

  11. SAMENGEVAT 100 m2 bitumen, eenlaags gebrand 90 m2 baksteen

  12. In de rekeninstrumenten van materiaal/product naar gebouw

  13. Bewijs Milieuprestatie Gebouw • berekening voldoet aan wettelijke vereisten www.bewijsmilieuprestatie.nl(najaar 2012) Bij omgevingsvergunningaanvraag:
