  9. ICT w HORIZON 2020 - 18 w Excellent science FET Open: fostering novel ideas: FET Open stanowi 40% ogólnego budżetu FET w Horyzont 2020, jest całkowicie otwarty na nowe pomysły i technologie. FET Open obejmuje wszystkie obszary technologiczne i nie ma wydzielonego budżetu przeznaczonego na ICT.
