  2. Die Size: 12000lb Die Material: FX HRC 30.9 post tempered F1 is open die that is used to make forged steel mill rolls The rolls start out as a cast ingot then are forged to increase the toughness and strength of the rolls Die as Received

  3. Welding in Process • Welding in operation • Air intake on sides of die close enough to take away fumes but not too close to disrupt shielding gas from MIG gun

  4. Finished F1 Die • Completed Die ready to be shipped out
