  3. INTRODUCTION: A private company, specializing in the manufacturing of agricultural plant machineries. They currently serve the GMS countries. We were fortunate to visit such a firm, whereby we got to interact with a family member of the company, who’s also a manager of the company.

  4. FORWARD. The focus of the research: • Internal and external marketing of the business Methodology: • 1.On-site observation • 2.Interview. • 3.Group discussion.

  5. Objective: • SWOT Analysis on organizational and marketing strategies. • Limitation :- • In-ability to get a comprehensive overview of the organization marketing strategies due to the language barrier.

  6. SWOT Analysis : Strength: • 1. A commited workforce. • 2. good communication within the organization and the market. • 3. sufficient supply of raw material. • 4. qualified marketing personals and management team. • 5.quality of product gives them competitive advantage over competitors.(local competitors). • 6.the continous innovation of company.

CONT… • WEAKNESSES:- • 1.family interference to business. • 2.inability to expand to the new markets,since there is obsolete technology. • 3.lack of future development plan acc.to the person Interviewed. • 4.the founder of the business does not possess formal qualifications to enhance strategies in this competitive environment,they totally depend on their experiences and instinct.

  8. Opportunities :- • People trust in their brand,thus attracting more customers. • The company use their fame to maintain relations with customers by providing additional services like,longer warranty period,free maintenance and the provision of incentives through compliments.

  9. Threats :- • The workers have too much of demands,which can lead to big industrial dispute within the organization. • Management limitations in terms of relevant expertise and, could be a potential threat according the person interviewed. • Unwanted interferences from the govt.officials.

  10. CONCLUSION. • From our observation,we believe that this is not the real picture of the company,based on the limited information we obtained.we believe by direct observation that this business,is operating efficiently and expansion into the future.
