Treatment Protocol PHC Kunjirwadi Isolation ward IPD SC Theur OPD By MO 24 hr Put IV Line by intra-cath& sample taken for platelet count by Pvt. lab Screening for symptom send by MPW Tourniquet test and BP taken Tourniquet test and BP taken IV RL 6ml /kg/hr Started Suspected pt IgG,Igm,NS1 test done Tourniquet test and BP taken/every hrs. for first 4 hrs Pt. GC.improvestart IV RL 3ml /kg/hr Started -vept T/t OPD +vept shift to PHC by Ambulance Daily Monitoring of pt. platelet count done (SOS) Discharge after 3 day
