  2. 换线申请表 申请人(就是新人目前的介绍人)填写好以下表格，并用登记的电邮, 发送到 placements@doterra.com 注意: 请用拼音填写名字 换线申请表 PLACEMENTS REQUEST: • 申请人 IPC requesting change: (介绍人的号码和名字 ,) 要换线的会员       IPC to be moved: (会员的号码和名字) • 新的介绍人 New Enroller: (新的介绍人 的号码和名字, 如果不变请填 “None” ) • 新的保荐人 New Sponsor: (新的保荐人 的号码和名字, 如果不变请填 “None”)

  3. 换线须知 1. 换线申请(更改保荐人)必須在新人加入的头14天內提出,  2.若新人能在头90天內升级成为尊爵, 可以在升級后10天內, 再次提出换线申请,     尊爵换线申请表 按此 3. 换线申请(更改保荐人)必須由新人的介绍人提出 4. 申请人就是新人目前的介绍人, 必須用登记的电邮发送到 placements@doterra.com 5. 申请人要留意发送申请以后, 您会收到系统的自动回覆 6. 换线申请会在三週內审批 7. 若查询任何有关换线问题,  请联系placements@doterra.com
