G1~G5(含1A~5A)分級晉升/輪調管道 ENG 維護課 ENG 維修課 薪資 WHS QRA MFG 1400元~2000元+加班費 資深領班 資深帳務員 高級 維修員 高級 維護員 資深領班 資深品 管員 1180元~1400元+加班費 資深倉管員 帳務員/領班 資深 維修員 資深 維護員 領班 品管員 1100元~1180元+加班費 資深物料員 /倉管員 維修員 維護員 全能工 代領班 資深 檢驗員 980元~1100元+加班費 備料員 物料員 多能工 檢驗員 10%~20% 擇優直接 錄用至G2 儲備幹部 770元~820元+加班費 80%~90%基層實習培訓3個月~6個月，期間會陸續擇安排晉升和轉調以上相應晉升職位，6個月內 100%優秀人員全部完成晉升或轉調！！！
