  2. Positive Work Environment When it comes to managing an employee, one of the most important things you should do is to provide your employees with a positive working environment. We all have heard some of the “not-so good” stories about jobs or bosses, and one thing that shares mutual ground in all these stories is often the inappropriate, negative working environment.
