  4. Remember to get a good nights rest . Don’t go to bed too late . Make sure your room is not totally lighted . Don’t spend too much time in front of a TV . Keep your room quiet

  5. Wear your Best Outfit

  6. PROPER HYGIENE • It’s a good idea to have proper hygiene because your mind and body need to stay full and focused. Ways to have proper hygiene are: • Take a shower • Wear clean clothes • Brush your teeth

  7. Eat a healthy breakfast It is a good idea to eat a healthy breakfast before the OAA because, your mind will stay full and focused.
