Measures of the National Bank • Interest rate policy • From February 2009 the official refinancing rate is equal to 9.5%, deposit rate – 4.75% • Increase of notes yield • Liquidity providing to banks: • Reverse REPO • Softening of minimal reserve requirements In 2009 National Bank shut down currency SWAP operations and SWAP operations secured by balances in banks' correspondent accounts with the National Bank.
