  1. DIY Lightbox with LED UNDERCABINET LIGHTS A lightbox is a translucent surface illuminated from behin It helps promote fun l earning among young kids. Adults who want to sketch or make sand-art can also use simple DIY light boxes for perfecting their craft. List of items you'll need: A rectangular wooden or Plastic box, big enough for the size of a lap desk. A transparent plastic lid that fits the box. Aluminum foil Double-sided tape LED Under Cabinet Lights. Choose linkable LED puck lights for this project. Hole-cutter Double-ply white Tissue paper Silicon Glue (Hot glue) Note: If you do not want to cut holes on the bottom of the light- box, find LED puck lights with a battery pack. The process: Clean the box. Cut holes on the bottom for wiring the puck lights. (not if you choose LED puck lights with battery pack) Line the inside of the box with aluminum foil. Secure with double-sided tape. Fix the LED under cabinet lights to the bottom. Depending on the size of the box, you may need up to 8 LED puck lights. Take the lid, line the inside with the double-ply tissue paper. Place the lid on the box. Secure it with silicon glue. Viola! There’s your DIY LED lightbox! These under counter led lights are highly energy- efficient products and convert 95% of the electricity consumed into light while losing just 5% as heat.
