  1. JOB VACANCY Bidwell Brook is a specialist school for pupils aged 3 to 19 years with Severe and Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities. This role requires ∙ An organised individual with drive and determination ∙ A background in special needs would be beneficial as would an awareness of support services available to families. ∙ Proven communication skills and a focused approach in co-ordinating the provision of external services within the school. Post 2 is fixed term for 12 months within the busy Exeter RD&E Hospital Onward Care Team. You will be required to have a knowledge of Social Care with older adults and preferably some experience in a similar role.
