  11. WELFARE ADVICE • Big C Centres (NNUH, Great Yarmouth, King’s Lynn), JPUH, QEH. Approx 60 new clients a month. Benefit advice (over 2 million pounds in additional income) followed by travel information are the most requested issues for discussion. Telephone support service.
