Countries Interested in Mutual Recognition What countries are hot and working with us? • Turkey • Brazil • India • Jamaica • Dominican Republic • Honduras • Panama • Colombia • Chile • Peru • Uruguay • Costa Rica Switzerland currently in negotiations with CBP HQ to perform joint validations. China - Joint Validations - 2nd Round – May 2015

Portal 2.0 Overview • Deployed on December 8th – Phase I • Goal – to be efficient for trade and to create a platform with the potential to apply to many partnership programs, not just C-TPAT • CBP portal workgroup established in July 2013, made improvement recommendations • 40 - 60 testers were selected covering most business sectors • An on-line training manual is available and additional training is coming • Ensure C-TPAT e-mail addresses/contact information is correct in the Portal to receive training updates • Users needed to change their password on initial entry into the new system

Portal 2.0 - Enhancements • Users with multiple accounts do not have to sign in and out to access their other accounts • Enhanced message boards and document library • Streamlined C-TPAT application process • Improved SVI system (Current SVI monitoring will transition to the new system) - Notified when a partner’s status changes (not finalized) Future: • Full harmonization with PIP - 1 application for both • Improved security profile functions - (mirrors the validation report more closely) Example: Risk Assessment • Trusted trader single window • Enhanced Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) support

  8. Export Program • Benefits to EU, Japan and Canada • Only Tier II and III • Sign Agreement in Portal 2.19 – Company Officer • Consent in Section 3.8.1 • Check the Applicable Countries 3.8.2 – All 7 Countries

  9. Exports • Eligibility • Active U.S. exporter • Office staffed in U.S. • Employee ID number or D&B number • Benefits • Reduced exams • Priority processing • Marketing

C-TPAT Survey • 90% - Percentage of respondents stating their company had not considered leaving C-TPAT • 99% - C-TPAT’s annual conference valuable • 53% - Percentage of respondents who had a formal system in place for supply chain risk before C-TPAT. Of those 87% stated that their ability to assess and manage supply chain risk strengthened as a result of C-TPAT • For every 100 exams – 20 on Tier II members, 8 on Tier III members and 72 on non C-TPAT members
