VPN安装操作培训. 一、 获取VPN证书. 1、证书形式. 2、分发 信息中心发放证书给区县计生委 区县计生委将证书发放给基层. 二、 安装VPN证书. 1、鼠标双击证书图标弹出如下对话框. 2、 点击“下一步”按钮安装. 3、 不输入密码 ，直接点击“下一步” 按钮. 4、 保存 证书，点“下一步” 按钮. 5 、点“完成”按钮，完成证书导入. 三、 以VPN方式登录PIC. 1、 浏览器中输入： https://119.84.73.27. 2、 选择证书登录. 3、出现 自己名字证书确认对话框，按“确定”按钮. 4、 选择应用程序.
