  2. Step One: • The way that music works, is first it enters in the Pinna, or the outer ear.

  3. Step Two: • After music reaches the outer ear, it then enters the inner ear.

  4. Step Three: After the music enters the inner ear, music is then transferred to the brain stem.

  5. Step Four: • After the music enters the brain stem, it then enters into the Thalamus.

  6. Step Five: • After the music hits the Thalamus, it is then transferred to the last place, which is the Temporal Lobe.

  7. Music affects both sides of our brains. The left brain process the basic elements of music, such as intervals and rhythms. The right brain is a little more strict about music. The right brain process more complicated pieces of music.
