Employee Account Distributions • Employee Account Distributions – hedis01a.fmx • Employee Distributions at the employee level. Accounts entered here are used in the Employee’s Pay Detail record.

Employee Jobs – HEJOB01A.FMX • View Employee Jobs and Pays by Contract year. • If Default Contract Year has a value, jobs will filter based on the year keyed.
Employee Jobs – HEJOB01A.FMX • Use the Inquiry button to view the Employee’s historical Job/Pay record.
Employee Jobs – HEJOB01A.FMX • If no Default Contract Year is entered, the program will load all Employee Jobs, with the most recent at top.
Employee Pays – hepay01a.fmx (manual) • The manual screen does not calculate while tabbing from field to field. • Safer for Data Entry to review records.

Employee Taxes/Deductions/Benefits – heded11a.fmx • Easier to use • Use to add or change employee’s payroll taxes; deduction and/or benefits • Each tab has only the functionality it needs • Example: Deductions does not have Enc Details button • Change HEDED11A.FMX on GO Menu replacing HEDED01A.FMX • HEDED01A.FMX and HEDED01B.FMX will eventually be retired; no longer maintaining those programs. • HETAX01A.FMX was retired in 19.4
