  4. Budget & Invitation • Budget : College support $2,000 • Invitation : (Responsible by byKhian ) • Invite all business class student by sending e-mail (invitation) by 7 Dec ‘11 • Promote the event by using poster

  6. Theme : Black and White Party • Decoration : Adore the party room with various sized black, white, and silver stars. Hanging them from the ceiling on fishing line or affix them to hall walls. (Responsibleby Noel and Khian) • Black and White Costumes : Ask guests to wear black, white, or black and white with accents of silver, along with wearing black sunglasses Or some accessories.

  7. Party Activity & Entertainment • Welcome by College Principal. • College Band from music class (5-10 mins) • Dances (10 mins) • Best Dress Contest : Let every guests vote who is the Best dress for our party (Man and Woman). The prizes are $200 gift voucher of Melbourne central shopping center. • Lucky Draw : Every guess will get the ticket before attend to the party which have lucky number. (2 Prizes :$100 voucher from Damasino Restaurant (Prizes and Ticket prepared by Lenka )

  8. Party Activity & Entertainment (2) • Dancing ,chatting, etc,. • Closing - Head of student say something for closing the party. - Take a group picture (Noel takes camera) - Thanks everyone for coming

  9. Food And Drinks • Catering from Damasono Italian Restaurant. Buffet Type : 5 foods Finger Sandwiches - Using marble, white and rye breads, make crust less sandwiches and cut them into fourths. Cup Cake and Muffin Pizza with only white cheese, white onions, and black olives. Pasta Dishes with White sauce- Fettuccine Alfredo or Chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Chicken Breast - Chicken breast strips with black bean dipping sauce.

  10. Food & Drink (2) • Fruit & Desert : - Fruit Kabobs Blackberries and white grapes. - Cheesecake White cheesecake with drizzled chocolate sauce - Oreo Drink : - Serve black coffee, Pepsi, or Coke. (Food & Drink preparation Responsible by Noel)
