  1. The Scope of International Environment Law in India Environment has an effect on every life and on every individual concerned with it. It is something that the planet cannot sustain without. In the present times, because of human activities, the environment has been impacted negatively and the entire world is greatly concerned about it. Many countries across the world are coming up with laws and rules for protecting the environment. There are activities also being carried out in varied international organizations regarding the issue of conserving the environment. The Significance of International Environment Law in India At present, there are not many lawyers in India who specialize in international environment law in India. Therefore, it can very well be understood that there is very little significance offered to International Environment Law in the country. However, slowly and steadily, the number of lawyers practicing International Environment Law in India has gradually increased. It has also been found that there are many lawyers who have made a shift from their existing practice to the field of international environment law. What Does the Practice of International Environment La Involve in India? Previously, there were many lawyers who were into careers law in Legal Regal in India but now the shift has been made to international environment lawyering. There are many who are of the view that practicing international environment law means getting hold of the rarest animal species in some remote area and haggling against the companies that are destroying them. However, experts are of the view that practicing international environment law is much more complicated than this. Of course, it involves the statement detailed above but at the same time it also involves constructing electrical transmissions in small villages and representing resort owners affected by coastal regulations. The practice of international environment law in India also involves drafting the EIA or Environmental Impact Assessment for different companies. The Work Procedure of International Environment Law across India Around 99% of the Indian international environment law is about the effective use of different natural resources or about the conservation or acquisition or preservation of the environment. A more serious attitude should be taken towards international environment laws in India. It has been found that green technology is increasingly becoming popular but international environment law is still being considered a niche area. People in the field of international environment law in the country basically have two perspectives or two sides specifically. There are many judges, lawyers and bureaucrats who have huge offices and great property. They do not do much towards safeguarding the interests of the people but possess the arrogance for the education that they have. Then there are the fieldwork people possessing practical knowledge of the whole subject. Something that is practically needed in these times is a good approach to the use of international environment law.

  2. Conclusion International environment lawyers in India need to work on bridging the gap that exists between the court and the field workers. At present, international environment regulations in India are budding not only in policy but even in the corporate sector. For more information please visit here - http://www.lawskills.in/
