2009 State Morbidity for CT and GC • 21,799 cases of chlamydia (38% identified through IPP) • 6,853 cases of gonorrhea (41% identified through IPP) • Reduction in GC morbidity compared to 2008; chlamydia stable
Top Ten Zips Analysis • Nine common zip codes in top ten list for both CT and GC, 8/9 are in Indianapolis and one is in Fort Wayne • 19% of reported chlamydia was from top ten zips • 29% of reported gonorrhea was from top ten zips
