Why do they do this • This mainly occurs so people can express emotional pain. • It’s a way they control there body when they can’t control anything else.
How to help • If you think someone is victim of self-injury the might be glad that you are to bring it up.
How to help yourself • Know that you are not alone because so many people are self-injurers • You can talk to your schools counselor
