Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice • Its expantion is National Judiciary Network Project • UYAP is a central network project which contains all of the courts, publicprosecutors services, prisons and other wholejudicial units in Turkey • It’s context is creation of an integration between Turkish judicial system and with concerned institutions

Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice • The Republic of Turkey and it’s government nowadaysare fallowing a national programme for reinforcement and to accelerate the judicial system • They are also implementing various measures on judicial modernisation and penal reform and want to improve the functioning and efficiency of the judiciary • UYAP was prepared and established by MoJ to create an effective and less bureaucratic judicial systemfor each concerned institutionand citizens as one and very importantmeasure

The Document Management System (DMS) in our Ministry have been integrated and exchange of the electronic documents between the areas coming into enterprise and Ministry (centre) has been started. In this sense, exchange of documents have been carried out from the Units of the Provinces to the Centre, exchange of documents have been carried out from the Centre to the Units of Provinces in a short time in which the integration has been initiated.
