Introduction • Martha McGinn Training & Consultation has been set up to design and deliver high quality evidence-based training to caring services for older persons and people with intellectual, physical and / or sensory disabilities. We specialise in developing tailor made programmes following Training Need Analysis and we are an accredited FETAC registered provider. An Bord Altranais Category 1 Approval will be awarded to learners who complete any of our programmes. Specific training programmes have also been designed to the following accredited standards, such as: • Institute of Leadership and Management • College of Pharmacy Practice • British Institute of Learning Disability Physical Intervention

  4. Mission Statement ‘ To provide learners with courses which emphasises good outcomes for older people, and promotes and protects the rights and dignity of all learners. We endeavour to create a safe, respectful and supportive environment, while making all courses as accessible as possible so that learners from different ethnic, cultural, religious backgrounds or learners who have disabilities can participate in all activities of the courses.
