Callis Reviewer Word 2007 Add-In • Report findings directly from MS Word 2007 • and thereby saving effort when reporting • Simplify the work of document reviewers by making available Callis Reviewer functionality directly in MS Word • Support handling of findings directly from Word • Including defining actions (conclude), assigning responsible (conclude), and setting resolution (follow up) • Import findings directly into document as native Word Comments • and thereby saving effort when correcting findings

  3. Overview of review process

  4. Callis Reviewer Word 2007 Add-In • It is now possible to use the Add-In to define actions, set responsible and mark resolution. This can be done pressing “Findings” • If findings are created correctly using the Add-In, please notice that when using this mechanism, the relevant part of the document is highlighted. • Also notice that no changes in the document are allowed – When correcting the findings, please use the Import findings mechanism! Load review data and show invitation Show findings overview, set responsible, action and resolution.Used this during Conclude and Follow up Jump to Web appl. to complete conclusion Create findings, mark completion, and get reciept Import findings back into Word as Word comments

  5. Connect to Review 2: Review data is loaded 1: Connect to review 3: If available, you can open document here

  6. Mark text and report finding 2: Press ”New finding” 3: Window appears 1: Mark text 5:Classify finding, write comment and save to database 4: Fields load automatically

  7. Handle findings 1) List of findings 3) Position in document automatically highlighted 4) Used in conclusion phase 2) Select specific finding 5) Used in follow up phase

  8. Import findings as comments into document Findings markeddirectly in document Findings colored basedon the person reporting Finding textnicely formatted, as Word Comments

  9. Please remember!!! • Review only the excact same document • Don’t use the ”track changes” mechanism • Import only findings into the excact same version of the document as when registering the findings • Otherwise we are not able to position the findings correctly in the document.
