  4. Takes place every 2 years About 250 children 10 - 14 and their chaperones from all over the world Provides an opportunity for children to learn about and voice their concerns for the environment TUNZA International Children’s Conferences Have Your Say

  5. Held annually for children aged 6-14 Has a different theme each year 10,000 paintings each year Winners receive cash prizes and fully paid trip to attend World Environment Day celebrations International Children’s Painting Competition

  6. Promote a culture of planting & caring for trees among children Targets children aged 14 and below In Kenya, tree planting sessions are organized in April and November We hope that some of you will join the campaign Plant for the Planet Do Your Bit

  10. TUNZA Global Youth Retreat • Retreat takes place every two years in Nairobi • For 50 youth to review UNEP activities • To also participate in the UNEP Governing Council

  11. Engages youth on sustainable consumption issues. A global network of organizations that exchange visions and experiences. YouthXchange materials are used in schools in several parts of the world
