  3. Site Requirements • The Celtisoccidentalisand the Gelditsiatriocanthusmust remain in the landscape. • Pop up irrigation system already installed at site. • Use of plants that allow for year round landscape color and texture. • Removal of turf and existing plant material, application of mulch
