McMath Mentors: 2010-2011 Schedule, Activities, and Charity Highlights

The McMath Mentors program for the 2010-2011 school year engaged students in various activities, from the Staff vs. Student Volleyball Game, which raised over $1,000 for charities such as Cumberland Presbyterian Children's Home and Scottish Rite Hospital, to hosting fun holiday snacks for teachers and mentoring 5th graders at Sam Houston Elementary. The program also included an annual mentor ceremony and engaging community events like an Easter egg hunt. Join us in celebrating the impact of mentorship and community involvement!

  4. Staff vs Student VOLLEYBALL GAME! The Mentors hosted the game and raised over $1000 for charities. STAFF TEAM STUDENT TEAM

  5. Donations The Mentors raised and donated $1000 to: Cumberland Presbyterian Children's’ Home Scottish Rite Hospital Denton County Friends of the Family

  6. Donations The Mentors donated $200 to Mrs. Sneed’s Science Accelerated Field Trip!

  7. Holiday Snacks for the Teachers! Christmas/Holiday Snacks in the teacher work room Spooky Snacks for Halloween Valentine’s Day Cards & Snacks

  8. Mentoring the 5th graders at Sam Houston Elementary School The Mentors and the Tiger Lilies teamed up to speak about “What to Expect in Middle School”
