  3. 1. Our barcode is on the book – we can scan it or type the number 2. Our barcode is illegible & we need to decypher it w/ help from item in siris 3. Their barcode only, which is useless to us Barcodes – possible cases

  4. If slip is marked Copy Not in Siris, then just w/draw item w/o doing anything in siris If not marked Copy Not in Siris, assume one of the items needs to be w/drawn & delete one randomly, disregarding barcodes Withdraw or not?

  5. Always leave at least 1 CFA item in siris, as CFA does not delete entire holdings 1-copy rule
