Continuous Improvement • Many external stakeholders are asking for increased accountability • Demonstrate that we are engaged in process of continuous improvement • Systematic approach to CI is relatively new to academic “side of the house” • Reflect not only on what knowledge and skills “we” are imparting, but also on what the students are learning.
