Circadian Clock Gene Expression in Peripheral Blood Leukocytes Before Infusion
This study investigates the expression levels of circadian clock genes in peripheral blood leukocytes collected at specific time points before infusion. Blood samples were obtained at predetermined intervals, and gene expression was analyzed through quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). The results are expressed as fold changes relative to the 09:00 h infusion time, designated as time 0. Key genes studied include Per1, Per2, Bmal1, Cry1, Cry2, Rev-erb, and Rorα, providing insights into circadian rhythm modulation in leukocytes.
