    2. OnCourse Oncourse is a 100% web-based gradebook and attendance program that is being implemented district wide. It will allow Parents and students convenient access to progress reports, current grades and attendance online 24/7. It is a powerful, easy to navigate tool that will permit you to track your child progress more effectively.

    3. Getting Started Username & Password For security purposes you will need to receive a username and password from the student's school. Parents and students will each be provided with a username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact the school.

    4. Obtaining a Username/Password In order to obtain a username and password, parents need to come to the front office or guidance. Please make sure that you have identification. We can only provide information to parents/guardians who are present.

    5. Obtaining a Username/Password You can obtain a login/password during the school day (7:00am-2:30pm) in the main office & guidance. You can also obtain a login/password after school (2:30pm-6:00pm) in the main office Mondays-Thursdays.

    6. Accessing the Website To access student assignments and grades you will need to go to www.mygradeportal.com via an Internet connected computer. Type your username and password into the corresponding text boxes on the homepage and click the "Login" button.

    8. Viewing Grades After successfully logging in to the website the screen will be divided into two sections. The left hand side of the screen provides a menu that allows a parent or student to quickly view realtime grades for each class. To view a students grades click the “Grades 200X-200X” link below the student’s name

    10. Printing Reports Click the print link in the upper right corner in order to get a printout of your students grade report.
