  4. 30th Anniversary Vacation Qualification VACATION PROMOTION IS OPEN TO ALL FULLY QUALIFIED SUPERVISORS WHO COMPLETE THEIR QUALIFICATION DURING ANY CONSECUTIVE 12-MONTH PERIOD, FROM MARCH 2008 THROUGH DECEMBER 2009 • Achieve a minimum of 130,000 Vacation Points* in any 12 consecutive months during the promotion period (*1 Volume Point = 1 Vacation Point) AND • Personally qualify to Active World Team in 2008 or 2009 For full promotional rules see myherbalife.com

  5. 30th Anniversary Vacation Qualification Accelerate your qualification and complete it faster by taking advantage of the following: • Earn 12,000 Vacation Points for the 1st non-TAB Team Active World Team Members in your down line.       Note: Vacation points will be awarded on the first non-TAB Active World Team members in a line, up to 3 levels deep, who qualify or re-qualify AWT in 2008 or 2009. If there is a TAB Team in Level 1 or Level 2 you cannot be credited Vacation Points for any Active World Team in this line. • SPECIAL TAB TEAM ACCELERATOR: you can also earn 10,000 Vacation Points when you earn a minimum of 100,000 Royalty Points in the same 12 consecutive months that you complete your vacation qualification. Example 1: The Active World Team Member will achieve 36,000 Vacation Points. Only one non-TAB Active World Team member in a line of 3 will be counted towards the 12,000 Vacation Points. 12,000 Vacation Points x 3 non-TAB Active World Team Earn 36,000 Vacation Points!

Next Steps in qualifying for the 30th Anniversary Vacation • Invite as many people as possible to attend all the Herbalife events with you. • Set your goals to qualify for the Vacation together. • Determine what combination of Active World Team and personal Volume you're going to achieve to qualify for the Vacation: • Begin this month so that you achieve the 130,000 Vacation Points by February 2009 and you earn the bonus Club Med weekend getaway. • Once you achieve the 130,000 Vacation Points, don't stop... there will be even more exotic levels to shoot for!
