New Revision Requests • RMGRR144, Elimination of REP-Specific Switch Hold Lists (Vote) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) eliminates the requirement for Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) to maintain a secure list by Retail Electric Provider (REP) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) of all Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) with switch holds. • 02/07/17: RMS Unanimously Approved RMGRR144 and RMS leadership will recommend TAC’s Approval during their March 23rd meeting. • NOTE: If TAC approves this Revision Request it would become effective on April 1st RMS Update to COPS

New Revision Requests • RMGRR145, Appendix for a Mass Customer List (MCL) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) provides the format for a Mass Customer List to be used by a Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) / Municipally Owned Utility (MOU)/Electric Cooperative (EC) TDSP to inform Market Participants of all customers in its service territories when entering competition or expanding its service territory. • 02/07/17: RMS Unanimously Approved RMGRR145. • NOTE: RMGRR145 will return to RMS for Impact Analysis Review during our March 28th meeting. Notice: RMS Meeting Dates • Due to spring breaks scheduled the 2nd or 3rd week of March and Good Friday/Easter holiday the 2nd week of April, RMS agreed to split the difference and scheduled our March/April meeting on Tuesday, March 28th. • Also RMS leadership identified a meeting conflict with the Annual GCPA Conference scheduled on October 2-4th in Austin.
