IMT-Advanced update • The submissions from 802 Wireless approved at the November meeting are on the agenda for the ITU-R SG5 meeting in Geneva at the end of January. • Submissions for the Radio Interfaces are expected to be required starting around September 2008 and closing July 2009 Peter Murray, TMG, Inc.

  3. Terrahertz Usage • There is interest in the 275 - 3300 GHz band and a letter to the ITU-R is being drafted requesting the status of the usage plans for this band as determined at the WRC 2007 • The letter will be reviewed at the plenary meeting in March and then forwarded to the ITU-R for the status Peter Murray, TMG, Inc.
