November 2006 Folgende Bereiche sind bereits am 1.1.07 in Kraft getreten: • Die Änderungen oder Neuerungen der Zwangsmassnahmen • Neue Formulierung des Nichteintretenstatbestandes wegen Papierlosigkeit • Teile der neuen vorläufigen Aufnahme und die neue Härtefallregelung • Gebühren bei Wiedererwägungs- und Zweitgesuchen • Papierbeschaffung bereits nach erstinstanzlichem Entscheid
