  1. 시스템 개요 및 목표 시스템 개요 생산관리시스템은 고객이 요구하는 기업의 제품을 생산하는데 있어서 완전한 제품을 원하는 시기에 공급하기 위하여 변화하는 시장상황을 반영한 단계별 생산계획을 수립하고, 공장의 제약조건을 감안한 일련의 생산 활동을 관리/감독하며 생산활동 중에 발생할 수 있는 생산제약 요인 등을 분석 관리함으로써 효율적인 라인 가동 및 객의요구를 만족시킴 으로써 기업의 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템 목표 • 최적의 생산계획 수립을 통해 생산수량과 시기를 결정하고 이를 통해 재고감소, 원가절감 및 고객만족을 실현. • 다양한 생산현황, 재고/재공, 가동률 등의 자료제공을 통해 장단기 계획 및 효과적인 공장운영 방안을 수립이 가능토록 함. • 경영자의 의사결정에 필요한 실물정보를 적시에 제공. • 판매부문과의 유기적인 시스템 연계를 통해 효과적인 판매활동 지원 및 생산계획 수립을 가능 하게 함
