  5. Columbus Marathon When: Sun Oct 21 6:15-10:30am Where: Ohio Federation of Teachers, 1251 E. Broad St. This is shortly after mile 7 of the course. Please note that there is no parking allowed on the course that morning.   What to wear: Comfortable clothing- we'll be out hydrating and cheering on the athletes no matter what the conditions are.  Registered volunteers will receive a long-sleeved technical shirt to wear on race day so they are identifiable by the athletes. What to bring: Some pitchers to help pour water, if you have them.  Same rule goes for rakes, brooms, or snow blowers to help with clean-up.  The marathon will be providing gloves that must be worn while distributing water. HOW TO REGISTER:  Note that it is required for all volunteers to be registered online.  Please register at http://www.columbusmarathon.com/volunteer and make sure you sign up for Water Stop F under the heading "Aid Stations."

Homestead Harvest • Yearly event • Oct. 6th & 7th • 12-5 pm @ Homestead Park • Balloons • Hayrides • Pumpkin Patch • Games • Scarecrow Making Contest • Parking • The hours to volunteer are either: • 11:30-5:30 (6 hrs) • 11:30-3 (3.5 hrs) • 2-5:30 (3.5 hrs) • There is a volunteer app. you must fill out! NO need to enter SSN! • Kori Hurley: khurley@wtwp.com or call 614-652-3947 with the day(s) & times by September 26th • You must also do our online sign up!

  8. Key Club Shirt • Long Sleeve! • Back of shirt “Change the World” • $15 • Fill out order form • On website (Pull down of Registration tab) • Not mandatory • Deadline: Fri. Oct 5th • Order form and money in envelope(Check or exact money please, no coins!) • Turn it in to Mrs. Moss’s mailbox
