  4. General Aims • Dissemination of ECML “TrainEd“ workshop • Building a national team of teacher trainers in a pan - European context • Present the KIT • Creating and facilitating awareness, ownership, commitment, support

  5. Objectives • Team building • Introduction of KIT concept • Concepts of facilitation and training in European Context • National network and action plan

  6. Agenda • Registration and welcome • Session 1 • Info about ECML • Info TrainEd project • „ Hand bag“ (expectations, challenges, passion) • Reflection (as an underlying principle, loop – in input)

  7. Agenda • Session 2 • Concepts of facilitation and training • Session 3 • Introducing the concept of the KIT (i.e. work in progress) • Action plan (needs analysis and follow – up, feed - forward)
