  3. REGISTRATION: • Main Registration: $199 for ADHA Members • CE Courses can be added for additional fees • HOUSING: • Caesars Palace Las Vegas: $179 plus Tax • Room block in Palace and Forum Towers www.adha.org/annual-session

  4. COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY • Wednesday, June 18 • Shannon West Homeless Shelter • Provide Dental Hygiene Education to homeless Teens • 7:30am - 1:00pm • Separate Registration Required www.adha.org/annual-session

ADHA/YOUNG DENTAL EVENT • Wednesday, June 18 • Blue Man Group • 400 tickets provided - complimentary • Must be registered to be eligible to register for the tickets • Shuttle service will begin at 5:00pm • Reception with appetizers & cash bar will begin at 5:30pm • Show begins at 7:00pm www.adha.org/annual-session

EXHIBITS • Friday, June 20 – 9:00am-4:00pm • Saturday, June 21 – 10:00am – 3:00pm • ADHA/Henry Schein Dream Center • ADHA Community Center • Make purchases from exhibitors, turn in receipts, receive discounted or complimentary 2015 meeting registration • Restaurant in the back of the hall www.adha.org/annual-session
