  2. Daily Customer Service Housing Services Office OFF POST-In process: provide rental listings, make contact with apartment, property managers and home owners. PTDY -Validate DA FORM 31.(Must report to the HSO 1st day of PTDY)

  3. Off-Post Housing Complaint Housing Services Office PRINCIPAL PURPOSE(S): Evaluate complaints made by military personnel, military family members, DA civilian, landlords and realtors to determine validity and to adjudicate when possible.
