  4. The various types of commercial properties have their own positive and negative aspects which make it imperative to know about them.

  6. OFFICE SPACE

  7. The commercial properties which are designated as office space consist of multistory buildings in the suburbs or downtown high rises and skyscrapers which will be having many amenities.

  8. Furthermore, all the office space are also classified under a specific category like Class A, Class B and Class C due to various reasons.

  9. The commercial office buildings that fall under the Class A category are the newest, nicest and most expensive building located in prime areas & also consists of best amenities.
