  2. Introduction About Project : Our students of Standard 9th & 10th started work on this Project. They selected this topic to over come the problem of BEGGING after reading of this Lesson HELEN KELLER & poem SPEAK GENTLY. They were divided into different teams which will explain in next slides. They took many steps to find real facts and figures and make strategies to solve problem of begging. They have designed (FRP) Fund Raising Program which will help the poor and needy beggars and helpless peoples. Presented By: MUHAMMAD AMJAD BASRAI

  3. About BEGGING: Begging is to request a donation in a supplicating manner. Beggars are commonly found in public places such as street corners or public transport, where they request money, most commonly in the form of spare change. They may use cups, boxes or hats to collect the donations. Presented By: MUHAMMAD AMJAD BASRAI

  4. Our Objectives: • To observe the real-problem and cause of begging and they set dimension to help them. • To reduce the rate of begging from society. • To engage beggars with suitable jobs and admit their children in schools. Presented By: MUHAMMAD AMJAD BASRAI

  6. Team # 01 *Interviewers* This team find out real problems of beggars. • Select area for Survey. • Collect data through Survey Foam. • Conference Session. • Nomination for more needy beggars. • Special interview with specified family. Presented By: MUHAMMAD AMJAD BASRAI

Team # 02 *Problem Solvers* This team will over come real problems of beggars. • FRP (Fund Raising Program). • To collect funds and adds from donors. • To find out suitable jobs for beggars. • To conduct awareness program. • To admit their children in schools. Team # 03 *Web Browsers* This team will collect facts and figures from internet. • To search facts and figures on different search-engines. • To search different documentaries on professional and real beggars. • To search current issues on begging. • To compile whole data which they collect in whole session of browsing.   9. How did INTERVIEWERS start work? Students were divided into different teams after brainstorming. The first team which was prepared by students was INTERVIEWERS who will meet with beggars and ask their problems. They conduct interview with beggars and ask about their reason to beg. They completed survey activity foam which was provided by facilitator and submit it to him after complete it. They further made strategies in conference session which was done after Survey.   11. How did PROBLEM SOLVERS start their work? Team of PROBLEM SOLVERS started their segments to over come begging problems from FRP ( Fund Raising Program) and Awareness Program. Firstly they conducted discussion session and decided what will they contribute themselves and how will they collect fund? Then team of students set that they will start FRP and Awareness Program in school and they got success in it. In Awareness Program they invited beggars and helpless people and explained them importance of EDUCATION and collected their data to help them then they started FRP in which each student of their class will save Rs. 01/= and deposit it at their Facilitator to help beggars and helpless peoples.   13. How did WEB BROWSERS start work? Team of WEB BROWSERS started their working with internet searching. They took facility to access internet in school and also they visited different internet café which were located in their locality. WEB BROWSERS searched so many information about begging and beggars from different SEARCH ENGINES and collected facts & figures regarding solution to over come this problem. In the last of their internet searching they complied all data and upload it on their designed wiki www.begging.pbworks.com and represented it into whole school teachers and students.   15. Comments By Facilitator I am very thankful to Management of K.M.A. Education board specially the Management of K.M.A. Boys Secondary School that provided me opportunity to work on this project. This is my first participation in Intel competition. I heartily thank to Intel corporation specially Intel coordinator of province Sindh Madam RUBINA JHANGIR that she has given me opportunity to show my efforts in the shape of Project designing. I also thank to my all beloved students who encourage me to work on this project. They helped me on every steps and supported me with their full cooperation.
