固体培养基四区划法接种法. 步骤一. 接种钩先以火焰灭菌法灭菌. 步骤二. 轻触营养平板上无菌的琼脂处冷却. 步骤三. 以接种钩轻触菌落，使接种钩上沾有细菌. 步骤四. 接种环毋需灭菌，更换一个新的无菌营养平板. 步骤五. 将接种钩上的细菌划于一个新的营养平板上。 此为第一区菌区. 步骤六. 重复第一步骤，将接种钩以火焰灭菌法灭菌，然后轻触琼脂无菌处冷却。. 步骤七. 由第五步骤的第一区中画出第二区，如右上图。. 步骤八. 重复第六以及第七步骤，由第七步骤的 第二区中画出第三区，如右上图。. 步骤九.

  1. 固体培养基四区划法接种法

  2. 步骤一 接种钩先以火焰灭菌法灭菌

  3. 步骤二 轻触营养平板上无菌的琼脂处冷却

  4. 步骤三 以接种钩轻触菌落，使接种钩上沾有细菌

  5. 步骤四 接种环毋需灭菌，更换一个新的无菌营养平板

  6. 步骤五 将接种钩上的细菌划于一个新的营养平板上。 此为第一区菌区

  7. 步骤六 重复第一步骤，将接种钩以火焰灭菌法灭菌，然后轻触琼脂无菌处冷却。

  8. 步骤七 由第五步骤的第一区中画出第二区，如右上图。

  9. 步骤八 重复第六以及第七步骤，由第七步骤的 第二区中画出第三区，如右上图。

  10. 步骤九 重复第六以及第七步骤，由第八步骤的第三区中画出第四区，画满剩下的空间。完成后的营养平板，如右上图。

  11. 步骤十 在营养平板上贴好标签，标示好接种日期、操作者姓名、菌种学名以及培养基名称。
