Program Management @ VVC • Strategic direction provided by Board Policy in terms institutional vision, values, and goals (Chapter 1). • Managers and Administrators have operational responsibilities as delegated by Superintendent/President. • Administrative Procedure 1202 provides some guidance in how programs are strategically managed—via annual review and budget development process.
